We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Martie Murphy, Jim Tollestrup. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook grilled meats, vegetables, and other dishes to order.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Grill Cook or in a related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Permanent employment with Martie Murphy, Jim Tollestrup.
