Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Martie Murphy, Jim Tollestrup. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook grilled meats, vegetables, and other dishes to order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Grill Cook or in a related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
