We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Martie Murphy, Jim Tollestrup. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
