Who We Need

We're seeking a Project Manager, Display Manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This individual will take charge, manage details, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, a strong understanding of product-manufacturing environments, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as project lead, overseeing and managing ongoing projects.
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring the right resources, equipment, and information are shared and transferred.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams, attending daily stand-ups and operations meetings as required.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support effective client relations.
  • Issue resolution: Confer with project personnel and subject matter experts to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare work plans, summary sheets, and production packages, maintaining accurate and up-to-date status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project management experience and a strong understanding of product-manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, assessments, and analysis of new projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster and nurture trusting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to compose clear, concise business documents and present information effectively.
  • Project management, design, engineering, and/or cost estimation expertise.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to collaborate and adapt to changing priorities.
