Our Mission

The POS Project Manager - Luxury Project Manager's primary mission is to manage the success of marketing projects for POS materials, from concept to in-store installation. This involves collaborating with internal experts and external partners to ensure innovative, sustainable, and high-performance execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and optimize the client's technical brief according to eco-design principles.
  • Propose innovative and creative solutions, leveraging AI tools to drive results.
  • Select suppliers based on client needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and responsible spending.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers in a spirit of co-creation and sustainable partnership.
  • Oversee manufacturing follow-up, including administrative tasks, coordination with service providers, and quality control.
  • Lead and coordinate field teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of the final product and its installation.
  • Supervise on-site installation, if necessary, and handle administrative account follow-up.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of the project, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to business development efforts with existing clients and new clients, as needed.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other project managers, driving team growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques and proficiency in the graphic chain.
  • Bilingualism is essential.
  • Strong interest in the manufacturing of point of sale displays and innovations.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of recognizing priorities.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
