Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Structural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing and engineering semi-permanent corrugate displays. Proficiency in ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is essential. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple competing priorities, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design concepts and specifications for temporary and semi-permanent, corrugate displays based on 3D rendered designs driven by customer deliverable requirements
  • Review design requests to ensure comprehension and completeness of information provided in order to execute on requested deliverables and achieve the deliverable objectives
  • Manage and execute on multiple programs/projects and multiple projects deadlines
  • Provide inputs to Graphic Designers during their preparation of concept rendering and related presentation layouts

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using cutting tables for corrugate and plastic (i.e. Kongsberg)
  • A strong team player with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
