About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Director to lead our nuclear engineering team in the development of new build opportunities, project engineering strategies, and nuclear new build roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation in plant design and construction.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the nuclear, petrochemical, chemical processing, or power generation industries, with a focus on engineering and project management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in FEED is a must.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
