Customer Service Manager

A career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager in our Financial Services division at TD Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional who can mentor and develop their team members to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues to implement process improvements, manage branch operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing teams, analyzing data, and making informed decisions. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive business results
• Work closely with colleagues to implement process improvements, manage branch operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results
• Proficiency in software tools, including MS Office and internet applications

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a base salary range of $86,600 - $130,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits. Our Total Rewards package includes health and well-being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits and discounts, career development, and reward and recognition programs.
