We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Prince George. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring seamless coordination with team members.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and reflecting positively on our company.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
