Job Title: Senior Oracle Platform Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Platform Engineer to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our platform engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting our US Customer Risk Rating (CRR) & Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Oracle-based solutions for CRR and TM systems.
- Manage Oracle vendor relationships and enhance in-house development capabilities on Oracle products.
- Provide solutioning and design guidance on changes in the Oracle Financial Crimes & Compliance management application.
- Lead the technology aspects of threshold tuning and optimizations for behavior detection scenarios and customer risk scoring models.
- Drive product data model requirements discussions and own the design for Source to Target mapping / data dictionaries.
- Support regulatory engagements and defect prioritization and resolution.
- Contribute to the strategy and long-term planning activities for Financial Crimes Risk Management.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle platform engineering and development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and in-house development capabilities.
