Business Development Lead

LHR Américas is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors
  • Manage the business development process from deal inception to closure
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff, including performance appraisals and human resources development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
  • ~CFA, CMA, PMP, or similar certifications
  • ~Industry expertise and knowledge of business transactions and venturing activities
  • ~Expertise in financial analysis and transaction valuation
  • ~Experience in dealing with local and industry-specific best practices and regulatory mandates
