Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Curry Corner Indian Restaurant LTd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Supervise and train staff on customer service, food safety, and other essential skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Manage events and promotions, including menu launches, special occasions, and seasonal events.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of improving restaurant operations and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development.
