Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Curry Corner Indian Restaurant LTd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our restaurant staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop our restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
