Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Curry Corner Indian Restaurant LTd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit and train new staff members
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience
- Manage events and functions, including weddings and corporate events
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College/CEGEP education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and dependability
- Client focus and organized
