We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Curry Corner Indian Restaurant LTd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
