Restaurant Operations Manager

Award-winning Awara Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge.
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
