Restaurant Operations Manager

At Orbit Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff, set work schedules, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
40 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
