We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of administering day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Compose and edit professional correspondence
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
