Produce Department Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of Team Members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory management strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and loss prevention

  5. Monitor local competitors and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a produce department with management experience and product knowledge
  2. Strong understanding of financials and ability to deliver on financial targets
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
