As a Technology Infrastructure Director at TMG, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technology strategy and overseeing its implementation. This includes developing and managing IT services, identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks, and ensuring the seamless operation of information systems and technology solutions.

About the Role

This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in IT management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with 5 years of direct work experience in an IT management capacity. A post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or a related field is required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with TMG's business objectives
  • Manage and oversee IT project management, resource allocation, and supervision of IT helpdesk staff
  • Communicate effectively with executive teams, business unit leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the security and integrity of TMG's data and systems
  • Oversee the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of information systems and technology solutions
  • Provide internal IT support, including server security, software updates, and hardware maintenance
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with 5 years of direct work experience in an IT management capacity
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, operating system, and server architectures
  • Proficiency in IT operating systems, server application environments, and network security technologies
