Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Civil Infrastructure Project Leader to join our team. This role will lead and contribute to functional design, detailed design, and construction administration activities for multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities include project planning, scope, schedule, financial, quality, communications, health and safety, and risk management in accordance with Dillon's business procedures.

This role also involves interacting regularly with clients, agencies, utilities, and other project stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in civil engineering
  • Licensed to practice as a professional engineer, or eligible to be licensed within six months
  • A minimum of ten years' professional experience, preferably in the consulting industry
  • Proven project management and business development capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in the management of multidisciplinary projects, project teams, and business development activities
  • Strong understanding of the design of various land development and municipal infrastructure
