Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
