As a Senior Advisor in Commercial Banking Transformation, you will play a leading role in driving successful transformation projects that have a significant impact on our profitability and operational efficiency.

**Job Description**

You will assume the role of project leader and ensure value delivery by identifying needs, managing priorities, and aligning project teams composed of multidisciplinary experts.

In this role, you will also manage executive stakeholders across several business lines to ensure needs are well identified and prioritized.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective change management during the delivery of initiatives and communicating business objectives and changes to all involved parties.

**Your Team**

You will report to the Manager, Design and Delivery, Business Processes, and be part of a dynamic team that accelerates the transformation of Commercial Banking by working with colleagues from various partner sectors.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience, or master's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, or university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank's university program and 7-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management and project governance.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence, strong leadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Mastery of workshop facilitation, ideation techniques, or Design Thinking, an asset.
  • PMP certification: Agile/Scrum training, Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master, Lean or Six Sigma, an asset.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
