Job Description

Vlogic Soft Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
