Vlogic Soft Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team.
Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide technical support to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving user issues, providing training and advice, and maintaining a problems and solutions log.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
- Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
- Provide support for business systems, networks, and the Internet.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation and configuration.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and initiative.
- Organized and able to work independently.
- English language proficiency.
- 30-35 hours per week.
