Vlogic Soft Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide technical support to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to users, and maintaining a problems and solutions log.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log to aid in the resolution of future technical issues.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
