We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc.

- Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage contracts and office procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support
- Respond to inquiries, emails, and calls, providing excellent customer service
- Oversee data analysis and communication strategies, driving business growth
- Prepare reports and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion
- Supervision: Working groups
- Certificates: First Aid Certificate
- Computer Knowledge: Google Docs, MS Office, Sage Accounting Software
- Technical Terminology: Business
- Experience Requirement: 5 years or more
