This role will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas. Additionally, the candidate will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents using MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and other software. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
