Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at HP BEAUTY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars and conferences, supervising other workers, and performing data entry tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Analyze employee data and information
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
