Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at GTA URBAN DEVELOPMENT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
