Mechanical Project Coordinator Specialist

Black & McDonald is seeking a full-time Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our Kingston office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating technical workflow on assigned construction projects related to the electrical and mechanical field.
Job Description- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards align with company policy and contract specifications.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress against established timelines.
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships.
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Coordinate trade and subcontractor activities.
- Document control and ensure site compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- A College Diploma in Construction or Mechanical Engineering Technology or a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in the trades may substitute for education requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
