Our company has over 100 years of history and is one of the largest service providers for the food service industry in eastern Canada.

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment. Your role will involve diagnosing and trouble-shooting complex equipment, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.

- Diagnosing and trouble-shooting complex equipment to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering results that meet or exceed their expectations.

- Collaborating with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.

Requirements:

- Education in appliance service or a related field is preferred.

- Gasfitter certification is preferred or willingness to learn during training.

- Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment.

- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

- Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven.

- Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.

- Willingness to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed or for training purposes.
