Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 staff members who prepare and portion food.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service and quality control.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required and maintain accurate records of work schedules and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality control.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
