Food Service Team Lead

At Brunch Glory, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Budget and Costs: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player.
