Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Brunch Glory. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks and opportunities for rest.

Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
