Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Brunch Glory. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring the financial sustainability of our operations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.
Work Environment:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent interaction with customers and staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Personal Suitability:
- Client focus and ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
