Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at 2428957 Ontario Inc. Brampton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Development: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
