Heavy Duty Parts Management Opportunity in Winnipeg

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Parts Manager to join our team in Winnipeg. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in parts management to lead our Parts Department and drive business success.
About the Role:The Senior Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Parts Department, including inventory management, warranty claims processing, and customer service. You will also mentor and coach a high-performing team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your analytical skills will enable you to evaluate data, make operational decisions, and solve complex problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a diverse team of parts professionals, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategic goals and budgets for the Parts Department in partnership with leadership.
- Monitor departmental performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Process warranty claims efficiently and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Parts Technician or similar role, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Certified Journeyperson Parts Technician is considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of CDK Drive is a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
