Job Title: Artistic Floral Arranger

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Fleuriste la pousse verte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create unique floral arrangements using natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail business, including supervising apprentices and training workers in duties and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and providing general information to clients and the public.
  • Order merchandise and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in ornamental horticulture, floriculture/floristry operations and management, or equivalent experience.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
