Fleuriste la pousse verte is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements, as well as managing day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create floral arrangements using natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations, including supervising apprentices and training workers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process sales transactions and maintain a professional atmosphere in the store

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in ornamental horticulture or floriculture/floristry operations and management
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail business or florist shop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
