Key Responsibilities- Design and create floral arrangements and bouquets for retail sale
- Organize and manage day-to-day business operations
- Supervise and train apprentices and other artisans
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- College diploma or equivalent in ornamental horticulture or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in floristry operations and management
