Job Summary

Fleuriste la pousse verte is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team. As a key member of our floristry operations, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create floral arrangements and bouquets for retail sale
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations
  • Supervise and train apprentices and other artisans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in ornamental horticulture or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in floristry operations and management
