Job Description

As a Bone Health Consultant at AlgaeCal, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers on their journey to optimal bone health. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing expert guidance on our products and their impact on bone health">
  • Listening actively to customer concerns and delivering personalized support to help them make informed decisions about AlgaeCal">
  • Processing customer orders and returns with efficiency and professionalism">
  • Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans and providing tailored recommendations for improvement">
  • Updating customer records and processing accounts with accuracy and attention to detail">
