About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Agent. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advise customers on insurance solutions and answer their product questions and advising on next steps.
  2. Analyze customer needs and promote products and services.
  3. Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
  4. Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  2. A real team player, that can collaborate with colleagues on various projects, but also comfortable to work independently.
  3. A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
  4. Customer-driven and eager to your developed advisory skills to help customers.
  5. Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  6. Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time.
  7. Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
