Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our National Bank Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct clients to our advisors across Canada, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Handle requests and follow-ups with our insurance partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Utilize your insurance knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions, identifying solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in solution paths for client management, working collaboratively with the team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- College diploma in a relevant field.
- Personal insurance license.
- Customer service experience.
- Caring attitude with strong empathy for clients.
- Understanding of Equisoft Connect/Centralize tools, an asset.
- Ability to adapt to different situations.
- Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
- Openness to change.
