Job Title: Technical Advisor for Heavy Vehicles

Centre de Mécanique Gagnon is seeking a skilled Technical Advisor for Heavy Vehicles to join our team. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient repair and service of heavy vehicles, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone requests and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow up on repair and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repair and service work
  • Make appointments and schedule work orders
  • Prepare and present repair and service estimates to customers
  • Conduct sales and service activities to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
