Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately.
  • You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the dining area, bar, and kitchen.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
