Hospitality Services Professional

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Services professional to join our team at CMH Purcell. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service in our luxury lodge.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cleaning responsibilities daily, ensuring the safe handling of cleaning products and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Execute the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge, including laundry, cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning staff accommodation.
- Provide a professional and highly organized hospitality experience to guests upon their return from heli-skiing, including supporting the culinary program with serving, clearing, and cleaning.
- Act as a leader within the hospitality department, taking initiative, supporting staff, and assisting the Lodge Manager with additional duties.
- Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response.
- Assist other members of the lodge team as needed.
- Help implement CMH health and safety initiatives.
- Help implement CMH sustainability initiatives.
- Train, participate in, and provide support during emergency response situations.
- Support guests and employees in the field program during area visits, as needed.
- First Aid Certificate, preferred.
- Food Safe Certification.
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred.
- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and problem-solving.
- Has clear attention-to-detail with a strong work ethic.
- Seeks and embraces new processes and ideas to help the company succeed.
- Willingness to work long days and flexible to assist in other roles at the lodge, as needed.
- Communicates in an effective and timely manner and incorporates diverse viewpoints into communications.

Work Environment:
- This job is in Golden, BC. Employees are required to find their own accommodation and drive to the lodge 5 minutes from town for work shifts.
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Manual dexterity to operate job-specific equipment on a constant basis.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
- Medical and dental benefit eligibility after 160 days worked.
- Group Savings Plan eligibility after 160 days worked.
