We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to join our team at Tableau Bar Bistro. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to restaurant guests, staff, and culinary production team.
- Greet and welcome each guest seated in their assigned station.
- Be familiar with all beverage items on the menu and execute drinks to the highest quality and service standards.
- Sell on a consistent basis and create new opportunities to increase the cheque average.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down stations, clearing and re-stocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure accurate cash and credit handling, as well as POS procedures.
- Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements:
- Valid BC Serving it Right Certification.
- Prior experience in a cocktail-serving establishment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
- Customer service focus and quality orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- High energy level.
