The RoleWe are seeking a Technology Director to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will empathize with the technical challenges our clients face and work with them to create innovative experiences and technological solutions.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance as a primary client-facing member of the Technology and Account Leadership Team on an account. You will offer valuable insights, formulate robust points of view, and make informed recommendations about technology stacks and future strategies.
You will also identify and oversee organic business growth across your account. Your leadership will enable diverse teams to successfully implement Apply Digital's delivery methodologies, firmly rooted in Agile principles and MACH architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Client & Business Management: Provide expert advice and nurture relationships with stakeholders within client organizations.
- Thought Leadership: Position our consultancy as a leader in delivering transformative technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight: Oversee and guide the work of software engineers and technical team members.
- Risk Management & Process Improvement: Identify, prevent, and mitigate risks that might impact the success of the engagement.
- Proven track record of technology leadership role in platform scale software development.
- Strong experience in system design and technical architecture for platform solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of web and mobile software engineering, systems design, and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in advising and supporting clients as they undergo digital transformation.
- Sound stakeholder management abilities.
- Keen strategic insight at the executive level.
- Experience in identifying and managing a wide array of risks.
- Proven ability to mentor team members.
- Ability to continuously improve delivery velocity.
- Familiarity with identity platforms and enterprise-level software operations.
