Program Advisor, Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program

As part of this commitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Advisor to join our team and support the Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive wrap-around programs and services to ensure scholars are well-supported in meeting their academic and personal goals.
- Develop, plan, and implement programming to support scholars' career, professional, leadership, and community-based learning.
- Coordinate resources, communications, and support networks to enhance scholars' learning experiences.
- Plan and deliver initiatives to foster a strong sense of community among scholars and stakeholders.
- Update the Beyond Tomorrow Scholars website to ensure an accurate digital reflection of the program.
- Implement evaluation strategies to assess the program's effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify systemic barriers and advocate for institutional changes to support the success of Black students.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of one to two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and manage programs and events.
- Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise resourcefulness.
- Experience working with Black students, organizations, and communities is an asset.
